1. General Information
The Pollinator is a small, local beekeeping business based in Beerwah, Sunshine Coast, Queensland. We supply raw honey, bee pollen, beeswax and related products directly to customers and local businesses.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed via the website contact form.
We will confirm availability and arrange a pickup time where required.
Payment is typically made at the time of pickup.
Our honey stand operates on an unattended, honesty-based system - please ensure correct payment is provided. If you’d prefer to pay by card, just let us know ahead of time and we can arrange for someone to be there with EFTPOS Air payment ability.
3. Pickup & Product Responsibility
All products are pickup only, unless otherwise arranged.
Once an order has been collected, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
Frozen Products (Bee Pollen)
Bee pollen is a raw, frozen product and must be kept frozen to maintain quality.
By collecting this product, you agree to ensure it is transported and stored appropriately.
We are not responsible for product quality if it is not kept frozen after pickup.
4. Product Information
Our products are natural, raw.
As with all natural products, colour, flavour, and texture may vary depending on seasonal and floral sources.
Allergy Warning
Bee pollen may cause severe allergic reactions in some individuals, particularly those allergic to bee stings or pollen. If you are unsure, start with a very small amount. If you have known allergies or medical concerns, consult your healthcare professional before consuming.
General Disclaimer
Products sold by The Pollinator Honey, include both food and non-food items. Edible products are sold as food and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Non-edible products (including beeswax and candles) are intended for their practical use only.
5. Returns & Refunds
We comply with Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy (replacement or refund).
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Refunds or replacements will not be provided where products have been improperly stored or handled after pickup (including failure to keep frozen where required).
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue in line with our "100% Product Satisfaction Guarantee"
